目的 探讨食管癌高发区正常人群食管组织与头发中微量元素的变化规律。方法 应用X射线能谱仪扫描电镜及原子吸收分光光度法观测食管癌高发区 2 2 9例不同年龄正常人食管组织与头发中微量元素含量分布。结果 ①食管组织中锌、硒、钼含量随年龄增长逐渐减少 ,铜、钙、镍及铜锌比值随年龄增长而增高 ;②头发中钙的变化与食管组织内变化趋势相反 ,硒的变化无显著差异。结论 在监测食管癌及癌前病变动态变化时 ,应将食管组织、血清及头发检测结果综合在一起 ,整体考虑其变化趋势 ,才能为临床防治食管癌及癌前病变提供准确、可靠的理论依据。
Objective To investigate the regularity of trace elements in esophageal tissue and hair in the normal population with high incidence of esophageal cancer. Methods The distribution of trace elements in esophageal tissue and hair of 229 normal people of different ages was observed by scanning electron microscopy and atomic absorption spectrophotometry using X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer. Results 1 The content of zinc, selenium and molybdenum in esophageal tissue decreased with age, copper, calcium, nickel and copper-zinc ratio increased with age; 2 The change of calcium in hair was opposite to that in esophageal tissue, and the change of selenium was not found. Significant differences. Conclusion When monitoring the dynamic changes of esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions, the results of esophageal tissue, serum, and hair should be combined to take into account the overall trend in order to provide an accurate and reliable theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions. .
