教室应该是学生行为的镜子、班主任思想的外在呈现。相信很多老师都读过雷夫的《56号教室的奇迹》这本书,这间教室位于洛杉矶,班里的孩子大多来自贫困的移民家庭,环境因素决定这些孩子似乎注定平凡,然而这群小学生在全国测试成绩位于前5%的位置,他们品行善良、谦逊有礼,爱好艺术,热衷公益,长大后纷纷就读于顶尖大学……之所以取得这样的成果,因为是雷夫把教室变成温暖的家,把孩子变成热爱学习的天使。
