目的:了解浙江省地(市)级及以下医院的超声专业医务人员现状,研究其发展需求和存在的问题,为制定人才规划和相关政策提供科学依据。方法:于2010年底、2011年初对浙江省地(市)级及以下医院的超声专业医务人员进行现状调查,并将调查结果与1998年底、1999年初的调查资料进行对比分析。结果:与1999年相比,超声专业医务人员博士和硕士学历从有到无,本科学历人员在增加(6.8%上升到67.8%),专科学历人员比例在减少(86.4%下降到29.5%),高级和中级职称在增加(高级职称由3.7%增加到9.8%,中级职称由26.7%增加到37.0%),地(市)和县级医院超声专业医务人员在学历、专业、职称和工作年限等方面不断进步完善,而乡镇级医院发展缓慢,超声专业从业人员以初级职称(74.3%)为主,专科学历(41.2%)比例较大,本科学历多为专升本,人才引进困难。结论:10年间,地(市)和县级医院超声科室梯队建设越来越完善,乡镇医院超声专业人员整体素质不断提高;但是,地(市)和县级医院超声科室梯队建设需要进一步加强,乡镇医院超声科人力资源仍然不足。应建立健全的人才培养体系,完善人才引进制度,以不断推进超声影像学专业队伍建设。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the status quo of medical professionals in the field of ultrasound at and below the prefecture (city) level in Zhejiang Province and to study their development needs and existing problems so as to provide a scientific basis for formulating talent planning and related policies. Methods: At the end of 2010 and early 2011, the status quo of medical professional staff of ultrasound in Zhejiang province (city) level and below hospitals was investigated. The survey results were compared with the survey data from the end of 1998 and the beginning of 1999. Results: Compared with 1999, the number of Ph.D. and M.Sc. staff in ultrasonic professional medical staff increased from 6.86% to 67.8%, while the proportion of college degree fell from 86.4% to 29.5% Senior and intermediate professional titles are increasing (senior titles increased from 3.7% to 9.8% and intermediate titles increased from 26.7% to 37.0%), and medical, professional, professional titles and working years However, the development of township-level hospitals was slow. Ultrasound practitioners mainly engaged in junior professional titles (74.3%) with a high proportion of college graduates (41.2%), mostly undergraduate graduates with undergraduate education, and difficulties in the introduction of qualified personnel. Conclusion: The construction of echelon echelon echelon of prefecture (city) and county hospitals is more and more perfect in 10 years, and the overall quality of ultrasound professionals in township hospitals is continuously improved.
