高管团队如何影响组织绩效?在以往的研究中已有大量的学者关注该问题,不同的理论从不同的角度解释了高管团队对组织绩效的影响.而在这些研究中,大多数的研究聚焦在高管团队异质性对企业技术创新绩效的影响上.而从高管团队的人口统计学特征方面探讨其对组织绩效影响的研究则相对较少.本文在对已有研究进行分析探讨的基础上发现:高管团队人口统计学特征首先作用于企业的管理创新活动,然后通过企业的管理创新活动影响组织绩效.
How Top Management Team Affects Organizational Performance?
