宜动宜静调气血运动养生法是通过适量的运动来保养生命的方法。传统养生学认为,适量的活动(包括日常活动、体力劳动或体育运动等)可以活动筋骨,调节气息,畅达经络,疏通气血,调和脏腑,增强体质而使人健康长寿。如果人体缺乏必要的体力活动,机体内的气血在经络内的运行中就会迟缓而不通畅,脾胃运化食物的功能也会减退,从而导致消化不良,吸收营养成分的功能减弱。由于脾胃功能减弱,使得机体内的气血生成不足,致使正气虚弱,抗病能力下降而出现一系列症状。所以,长期缺乏运动的人,会出现食欲不振,精神萎靡,头昏心
