药理学是一门理论性和实践性很强的专业基础课，药理实验教学是药理整个教学过程的重要组成部分，是理论教学的补充和扩展。药理学实验的主要目的是验证理论，促进理论和实践的紧密结合，使学生掌握药理实验的基本方法、基本技能及操作，培养学生动手能力，分析问题、解决问题及综合思维能力。
