目的:通过对温岭市2011-2015年出生缺陷发生情况进行分析,了解温岭市出生缺陷的现状、发生率及顺位变化,分析其与三级预防的关系,提出相应干预措施。方法:采用以医院监测为基础的监测方法,对于来自温岭市的2个国家级监测点及4个省级监测医院分娩的所有缺陷儿的监测数据进行分析,比较5年的出生缺陷趋势。结果:温岭市2011-2015年出生缺陷监测质量不断提高,围产儿数总体呈下降趋势,但出生缺陷发生数及发生率逐年攀升。温岭市出生缺陷发生率最高的前5位分别为先天性心脏病、多指(趾)、唇腭裂、唇裂、先天性脑积水。城镇人口发生率明显高于乡村,男婴高于女婴,年龄组25~29岁组子代出生缺陷发生率明显高于其他年龄组,初中文化的发生率明显高于其他文化程度。 OBJECTIVE: To analyze the status of birth defects in Wenling city from 2011 to 2015, and to find out the status quo, incidence and change of birth defects in Wenling city. The relationship between the birth defects and tertiary prevention was analyzed and the corresponding intervention measures were put forward. Methods: Based on the monitoring method based on hospital monitoring, the monitoring data of all the defective children delivered from two national monitoring stations in Wenling City and 4 provincial-level monitoring hospitals were analyzed and the trend of 5-year birth defects was compared. Results: The quality of birth defects monitoring in Wenling City increased continuously from 2011 to 2015, and the number of perinatal children tended to decline. However, the number and incidence of birth defects increased year by year. Wenling City, the highest incidence of birth defects in the top 5 were congenital heart disease, multiple fingers (toes), cleft lip and palate, cleft lip, congenital hydrocephalus. The incidence of urban population was significantly higher than that of rural areas, and the male infant was higher than that of the female infant. The incidence of birth defects in the 25-29 age group in the age group was significantly higher than that in other age groups. The incidence of junior high school was significantly higher than that of other educational levels.
