针对继电器电磁系统的参数设计阶段常以输出性能最优为目标确定各设计参数的中心值,而忽略了设计方案在理论上抵抗加工工艺分散性的能力,故导致批次继电器产品的一致性和可靠性难以得到保证,通过采用稳健设计方法对某型号航天继电器电磁系统设计方案的输出特性和抗干扰性进行评估及优化,在保证继电器输出特性的同时,也提高了批次产品抵抗物间干扰,即加工工艺分散性的能力。
