1病例资料女性患者,13岁,既往有甲状腺功能亢进症病史5年,2010年10月开始服用甲巯咪唑,服药1个月余,出现皮肤瘙痒、皮疹及中性粒细胞减少。从2010年11月改用丙基硫氧嘧啶（propylthiouraci,PTU）进行治疗,坚持规律服用PTU 4年,并定期复查,现服PTU 50 mg/d、左甲状腺素片12.5μg/d。患者于2014年8月4日出现发热,体温最高达39.0℃,咳嗽,
