本文简述了我国现阶段长输天然气管道建设面临的大口径、高压力、山区地形复杂、大高程差等多种复杂问题,结合广西天然气某管道在建设,详述了试压、扫水干燥过程中介质的选择、试压压力的确定并通过建设过程中试压扫水时遇到的问题,探究了管道内部气阻现象为试压扫水带来的工程困难,并提出试压后继续利用试压清管器对管道进行首次扫水,以减少气阻现象的发生,并且节约了施工时间、施工场地和施工成本,为后续大高程差管道施工建设提供了参考。
