商丘市1080例手足口病流行特征分析

[目的]了解商丘市手足口病流行特征,为防治工作提供依据。[方法]对网络直报的1080例手足口病病例进行流行病学分析,对其中部分病例进行临床特点和病原学检测结果分析。[结果]商丘市手足口病以5月为发病高峰期,病例主要分布在农村(占84.7%),以4岁及以下儿童感染为主(占92.0%),发病多为散居儿童(占89.2%);临床表现以发热、手足口臀等部位出现皮疹为主;流行的手足口病病原体以EV71为主,健康人群手足口病肠道病毒阳性率为12.8%。[结论]商丘市手足口病的流行重点人群为4岁以下农村散居儿童,应加强对农村居民的宣传教育工作;此次流行为以EV71为主要病原体所致的轻型感染为主,但不可放松对重症病例的警惕。 [Objective] To understand the epidemic characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease in Shangqiu and provide the basis for prevention and treatment. [Methods] The epidemiological analysis of 1080 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease reported directly in the network was carried out. Some of the cases were analyzed for clinical features and etiological detection results. [Results] The incidence of hand-foot-mouth disease in Shangqiu was the peak in May. The cases were mainly in the rural areas (84.7%), mainly in children aged 4 years and below (92.0%), and the incidence was mostly scattered children (89.2% %); Clinical manifestations of fever, hand, foot and mouth hip and other parts of the rash mainly; prevalence of hand, foot and mouth disease pathogens to EV71, healthy population of hand, foot and mouth disease enterovirus positive rate was 12.8%. [Conclusion] The key population of hand, foot and mouth disease in Shangqiu City is the scattered children under 4 years of age in rural areas, and publicity and education to rural residents should be intensified. The epidemic is mainly light infection caused by EV71 as the main pathogen but can not be relaxed Be wary of critically ill patients.
