将阿莫西林(羟氨苄青霉素)用灭菌注射用水溶解成10mg/ml 溶液,分为若干等份后用具塞烧瓶盛装,试验选用的贮存温度从19.5℃逐渐降低至-30℃。用 HPLC 法测定含量。结果:水溶液在液态(19.5~0℃)温度范围内,t_(90)(含量降至起始值的90%所需时间)值随温度降低而递增。温度继续降至0~-7℃范围,冷冻状态药液的 t_(90)值随温度降低而递减。温度再进一步降低,药液的降解速率又逐渐减慢,直至药
