目的对放疗技术员的职业危险因素进行分析,并提出相应的防护对策。方法利用调查问卷的方法对本省放疗科的24名放疗技术员在工作中可能面临的一些职业危险因素进行调查,并针对调查的结果提出相应的自身防护措施。结果放疗科中一些年轻技术员对于自己缺乏职业危险意识与防护意识,随着工龄的不断增长,大部分技术员对自身职业危险因素的相关认识逐渐增强,并且逐渐掌握一些防护对策。结论放疗科的技术员必须对自身的职业危险因素进行充分分析,并采取相应的防护对策,才能更好的完成本职工作,保证自身健康与安全。
Objective To analyze the occupational risk factors of radiotherapy technicians and propose corresponding protective measures. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate some occupational risk factors that may be faced by 24 radiotherapy technicians in radiotherapy department of the province and put forward corresponding self-protection measures according to the results of the survey. As a result, some young technicians in radiotherapy department lacked awareness of occupational hazards and protection awareness. As the service life continues to increase, most technicians have gradually increased their awareness of occupational risk factors and gradually learned some protective measures. Conclusion The technicians of radiotherapy department must fully analyze their own occupational risk factors and take appropriate countermeasures so as to better complete their own work and ensure their own health and safety.
