我所于1983年~1984年间对北京10个热水采暖供热系统进行了统计计算与分析对比,发现现有的热水采暖系统所配用的水泵基本上都偏大,偏于保守,即配用水泵的流量与扬程要比合理选用水泵的参数大很多,这导致了大流量、小温差的运行状况,浪费了大量能量。造成这种现象的原因,是因为以往没有较好的手段及设备来使管网系统达到水力平衡,设计者为了缓和系统不利(远处)环路供热不足而采取了这种消极手段。
From 1983 to 1984, I conducted a statistical calculation and analysis of 10 hot water heating and heating systems in Beijing. It was found that the existing hot water heating systems were basically equipped with large-scale pumps that were conservative. The flow rate and lift of the pump are much larger than those of the rational selection of the pump. This results in a large flow, a small temperature difference, and a large amount of energy wastage. The reason for this phenomenon is that in the past, there was no better means and equipment to achieve a hydraulic balance in the pipe network system. The designer adopted this negative measure to ease the system’s unfavorable (distant) loop heating.
