伤病员流动日报是反映全院当日伤病员流动情况的报表,是医院基础统计数据的来源,是医院管理所需的重要数据之一。乌鲁木齐总医院临床科伤病员流动日报已使用多年,报表内容也经过多次修改。在使用了《全军医院信息管理系统》软件后,报表格式基本统一,延用至今。流动日报的基本内容有:时间、原有和现有人数、人科和出科伤病员、病重和病危等项目。项目虽少,但问题却经常出现,直接影响着该院统计工作的顺利进行。为此,我们对该院199日年7月份全院伤病员流动日报进行了质量检查。
