准职业人实效课堂是高校应用型转型中教学改革形式,通过改变课堂的组织形式,师生角色发生了转变,课堂上老师要从讲和教变成启和导,学生要由过去在老师的讲中学,变为在老师导学案的引导下,像老师一样去备课、去准备在课堂上讲课,学生由被动地学习变为主动地学习和研究性学习,使课堂激起学生对知识、对技能的兴趣,同时培养了学生的批判性及质疑性思维习惯。
