目的监测黑龙江省急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例中是否存在脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)野病毒病例或疫苗衍生脊灰病毒(VDPV)病例。方法通过搜集全省AFP病例流行病学个案调查资料,结合病原学监测结果,利用EPI info软件系统进行统计分析。结果黑龙江省2003年AFP病例监测系统共报告AFP病例114例,<15岁儿童非脊灰AFP病例报告发病率为1.62/10万,合格粪便标本采集率为96.5%,分离出脊灰病毒(PV)6例,分离率为5.3%;分离出非脊灰肠道病毒10例,分离率为8.8%,所有PV株经中国疾病预防控制中心病毒病预防控制所国家脊灰实验室鉴定均为疫苗株。结论在AFP病例中未发现脊灰野病毒病例或VDPV病例。
Objective To monitor the presence or absence of poliomyelitis (poliovirus) or vaccine-derived poliovirus (VDPV) cases in acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) cases in Heilongjiang Province. Methods By collecting epidemiological case-finding data of AFP cases in the province and combining with the results of etiological monitoring, EPI info software system was used for statistical analysis. Results AFP cases were reported in 114 cases of AFP in Heilongjiang Province in 2003. The incidence of non-polio AFP cases in children <15 years old was 1.62 / 100 000 and the rate of qualified stool specimens was 96.5%. Poliovirus (PV ) In 6 cases, the isolation rate was 5.3%; isolated 10 cases of non-polio enterovirus, the isolation rate was 8.8%, all PV strains by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention Virus Pollution Prevention and Control of the National Polio Laboratory identification of the vaccine Strain. Conclusion No cases of poliovirus or VDPV were found in AFP cases.
