高速钢的氧氮化处理(又称氧氮共渗),是近年来发展起来的化学热处理新工艺,在国外得到了广泛应用,国内正在积极推广,普遍收到了良好效果。氧氮化处理的优点是,提高抗咬合、抗磨粒磨损性能,提高耐腐蚀性,因而显著地延长了高速钢刀具的使用寿命。另外,所需设备简单,处理时间较短,操作中无有害物质产生。现将氧氮化处理简介如下。一、原理高速钢刀具的氧氮化处理,介质是甲酰胺或氨水,也可用氨气和水蒸气组成。我厂使用GB631—65规定的氨水,其NH_3含量为25~
