在线热处理工艺中回火时间对9Ni钢逆转变奥氏体的体积分数和低温韧性有重要影响。用OM,SEM,XRD,EBSD,CVN等方法对不同回火保温时间样品中的逆转变奥氏体含量、分布及其低温韧性进行了研究。结果表明,逆转变奥氏体的体积分数随保温时间的延长先升高后降低,30 min时最高约为4.8%;低温冲击吸收能量(-192℃)在保温60 min时最高为132 J;低温韧性与逆转变奥氏体的体积分数及分布有关。
The tempering time in the on-line heat treatment process has an important effect on the volume fraction of reverse-transformed austenite and the low-temperature toughness of 9Ni steel. The austenite content, distribution and low temperature toughness in different tempering holding time samples were investigated by OM, SEM, XRD, EBSD and CVN. The results showed that the volume fraction of retrograded austenite first increased and then decreased with the increase of holding time, and reached a maximum of 4.8% at 30 min. The energy absorption of low temperature shock (-192 ℃) was 132 J at 60 min. Low temperature toughness and reverse transformation austenite volume fraction and distribution.
