我校集中的敎育實習原定四周,後因故縮短爲三周。由於開始學習蘇聯先進經驗,這次實習比過去有了許多改變,得到了很多的收穫。一做法 1.參觀與初步試敎。這次實習的兩班學生,政治覺悟較好,有工作的熱忱,但他們存在著自高自大的思想,認爲反正自己已學了師範,「小朋友那樣小,有什麽敎不了!」抱著這種態度,是不會把實習搞好的。於是在參觀階段夾一次試敎,把實習生臨時組織成三個試敎組,在組內進行集體備課,每組推選二人至三人出來試敎一課。經過這一試敎之後,實習生才感覺到教學不容易。如劉日光說:「試教雖然僅是兩堂課,卻化了兩天的工夫,使我感到做一個小學教師不是從前所想象的那樣簡單。」黎錫佑說:「試敎之後感到自己對敎育理論學習得很差,教學原則也不會掌握。」
