在管理模式上,五年制高职与三年制的高职的粗放式管理和中等职业的严格式管理相比,有其特殊性。而目前随着学校的招生需要,学校只是关注学生的招生数量,忽略的学生的思想教育,这给高职教师在五年的管理教学过程中带来了很大的麻烦。针对五年制的目前思想教育存在的不足,分析了高职学生思想教育的发展现状,用文献法、调查法和归纳法提出了五年制高职思想教育工作的一些对策,为高职学生的思想教育提供借鉴。
In the management mode, compared with the extensive management of five-year vocational education and the three-year vocational education, the strict management of secondary vocational education has its own particularity. At present, with the need of school enrollment, the school only pays attention to the number of students enrolled and neglects the students’ ideological education, which brings great troubles to the higher vocational teachers in the five-year management and teaching process. In view of the shortcomings of current five-year ideological education, this paper analyzes the current situation of ideological education for higher vocational students, puts forward some countermeasures of ideological education in five-year higher vocational education by means of literature, investigation and induction, The ideological education to provide reference.
