交通需求增长导致管制员超负荷运行,从而使管制员采取流控措施,从而导致延误,为缓解这一局面,高空扇区调整越来越迫切。利用FAA的容量模型,分析了高空空域重构由点到面、先易后难、逐步深入展开的分阶段调整策略。提出了高空空域扇区调整和航路调整系统联合优化调整逻辑模型。通过实验结果比较,发现仅采用改航不能显著减少航班延误,然而将航路网改造和重构空域扇区联合优化对减少航班延误效果显著。
The increase in traffic demand has caused controllers to over-run, leaving controllers to take flow-control measures, resulting in delays. To ease this situation, adjustment of high-altitude sectors is becoming more and more urgent. Based on the capacity model of FAA, this paper analyzes the phased adjustment strategy of altitude airspace reconstruction from point to plane, easy to follow and difficult to gradually expand. Proposed a high altitude airspace sector adjustment and route adjustment system joint optimization adjustment logic model. Through the comparison of experimental results, it is found that the use of diversion only can not significantly reduce the flight delay. However, the combined effect of reconstructing the route network and reconstructing the airspace sector is significant to reduce the flight delay.
