目的了解各类精神障碍对自杀意念、自杀计划、自杀行为的影响。方法在对昆明市精神障碍现况调查的同时,用分层容量比例概率随机抽样法抽取5033名年龄15岁以上的居民进行自杀问题的问卷调查。结果自杀意念、自杀计划、自杀行为的发生率(95%CI)分别为:5.89%(5.24%～6.54%)、1.71%(1.35%～2.06%)、0.96%(0.52%～1.00%)。精神障碍影响自杀相关行为较高的有双相情感障碍、精神分裂症、疼痛障碍、特殊恐怖、酒精依赖等。结论人群中有自杀意念及自杀行为的发生率较高,其中精神障碍是产生自杀相关问题的主要危险因素。
Objective To understand the impact of various mental disorders on suicidal ideation, suicide plan and suicidal behavior. Methods At the same time of investigating the current situation of mental disorders in Kunming city, 5033 residents over the age of 15 were randomly sampled to investigate the suicidal problems by using the stratified capacity ratio probability random sampling method. Results The incidence of suicide ideation, suicide plan and suicide behavior were 95% CI: 5.89% (5.24% ~ 6.54%), 1.71% (1.35% ~ 2.06%) and 0.96% (0.52% ~ 1.00%) respectively. Mental disorders affect suicide-related behavior of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, pain disorders, special terror, alcohol dependence and so on. Conclusion There is a high incidence of suicidal ideation and suicidal behavior among the population, of which mental disorders are the major risk factors for suicide-related problems.
