介绍了惯性约束聚变(ICF)靶用聚合物微球制备方法及常用聚合材料的特性。以聚苯乙烯(PS)为成球物质,详述了乳液法制备PS空心微球的制备工艺和溶液配方,并对影响产品微球产率及质量等的主要因素进行了初步探讨。该法制得的空心塑料微球样品的主要技术指标均已达到ICF制靶要求。
The preparation methods of polymeric microspheres for inertial confinement fusion (ICF) targets and the properties of common polymeric materials are introduced. Polystyrene (PS) was used as the spherulitic material. The preparation process and solution formulation of the PS hollow microspheres prepared by the emulsion method were described in detail. The main factors influencing the yield and quality of the microspheres were discussed. The main technical index of the hollow plastic microspheres samples obtained by this method have reached the ICF target requirements.
