1 前言 跨栏跑是快速跑中连续跨过一定数量、一定高度和一定间隔距离的短距离竞赛项目。在体育教学中,跨栏对初学者来说是一个难度较大的项目。初学跨栏时,他们往往出现跑速很慢,跑到栏前又不敢跨,或是绕过去,或是把栏推倒,有的就是勉强跨,又出现迈栏和跳栏等现象。正是因为这种怕栏不敢学,没有决心和信心学会的心理障碍,阻碍了他们掌握跨栏技术。因此笔者认为在学习的定向和模仿阶段,教学内容和教法手段应尽量选择渗透心理诱导因素,采用思维训练的手段。这样对克服障碍和掌握跨栏技术是十分重要的一个心理环节。
1 Introduction Hurdle race is a short distance race that crosses a certain number of consecutive runs in a fast run and at a certain height and distance. It is precisely because of this afraid of bar did not dare to learn, lack of determination and confidence to learn psychological barriers, hinder them master hurdle technology. Therefore, I believe that in the learning orientation and imitation stage, teaching content and methods of teaching should try to choose infiltration of psychological factors, the use of thinking training. This is to overcome obstacles and master hurdle technology is a very important psychological link.
