各位代表:现在我代表山西省人民委员会向大会报告我省1955年财政决算和1956年财政预算,请予审查。1956年省地方预算推迟到本次会议才提出报告,是因为国家预算今年七月份才在全国人民代表大会通过,对我省预算也下达的较晚,因此,我省预算提出的时间,也随着推迟。1955年财政决算我省1955年预算,经国务院核定及以后的追加追减,收入总任务为30,574.9万元,总支出为29,149.1万元。年终决算总收入共完成30,261.7万元。支出共计为19,588.5万元,和1954年的决算比
