本试验在不同时期测定和调查了由6个自交系组配的一玉米双列杂交中各组合的光合速率、叶面积、叶向值、干物质生产和籽粒产量等性状。试验结果表明:玉米杂交种的叶面积与干物质生产、籽粒产量均有显著正相关;叶面积相对增长率与干物质相对增长率、生物学产量及籽粒产量间都具有显著正相关;光合速率与生物学产量、千粒重间具有显著正相关。多元回归分析表明:光合速率和叶面积对玉米杂交种的干物质生产和籽粒产量均有一定作用,而叶面积的作用更大一些。对光合性状的配合力分析表明:光合速率以及叶面积的一般配合力和特殊配合力均非常显著,但一般配合力效应大于特殊配合力;在叶向值中,一般配合力效应远远大于特殊配合力。此外,还估计了6个自交系各性状的一般配合力和其杂交组合的特殊配合力效应,并对结果进行了分析和讨论。
In this experiment, the photosynthesis rate, leaf area, leaf orientation value, dry matter production and grain yield of the combinations of maize inbred lines arranged by 6 inbred lines were measured and investigated at different periods. The results showed that the leaf area of maize hybrids had significant positive correlation with dry matter production and grain yield. The relative growth rate of leaf area was positively correlated with the relative growth rate of dry matter, biological yield and grain yield.
