不同发育时期的植株具有不同的辐射敏感性,这是人工诱发突变中最令人注目的重要特征之一。对不同发育时期的!生长植株进行辐照时,其敏感性主要取决于该发育时期组成植株的细胞。因此,在研究各发育时期的辐射敏感性差异时,对结果的解释可能是不一致的。有关这一问题的研究,对于突变育种实践是非常重要的。如果能确定敏感时期和点突变诱发的关系,就有可能通过处理该时期的植株来提高突变育种的效果。对于需要进行遗传改良的小黑麦而言,这一点尤为重要,因为以往的小黑麦突变研究仅仅局限于种子处理。
Plants at different developmental stages have different radiosensitivity, one of the most striking and important features of artificial induced mutation. The sensitivity of the growing plants at different developmental stages to irradiation depends primarily on the cells that make up the plant at this developmental stage. Therefore, interpreting the results may not be consistent when studying differences in radiosensitivity at various developmental stages. Research on this issue is very important for mutation breeding practice. If we can determine the relationship between the sensitive period and point mutation induced, it is possible to improve the effect of mutation breeding by dealing with plants in this period. This is especially important for trituration that needs to be genetically modified, as previous triticale mutations have been limited to seed treatments.
