临床实践中作出正确的决策要求有可靠和易于获取的信息。在考虑如何才能最好地处理轻度脑外伤或其它问题时,对各种治疗方案的作用进行系统回顾固然必要,但还不足以提供最佳建议。为能使患者得到更好的转归,对那些从系统回顾中获得的信息应仔细分析,对那些有充分根据的特定建议可有效采用。
Making the right decisions in clinical practice requires reliable and readily available information. While considering how best to treat mild brain trauma or other problems, a systematic review of the effects of various treatment regimens is necessary but not sufficient to provide the best advice. In order to be able to get a better prognosis for patients, careful analysis should be given of those obtained from a systematic review, which can be effectively applied to well-grounded and specific recommendations.
