目前,泛素-核糖体融合蛋白52(UbA52)是对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)有重要诊断价值的生物标志物。UbA52由一种泛素编码基因UbA52翻译表达,其可能通过参与氧化应激及泛素-蛋白酶体途径(UPP),从而参与早期DN的发病。UbA52水平与体内血糖水平呈正相关,并仅表达于肾小管;而尿中UbA52的水平直接与DN的关系密切。目前已被认为是DN早期诊断的标志物,并且基于尿蛋白组学技术的这一领域正在飞速发展。
At present, ubiquitin-ribosomal fusion protein 52 (UbA52) is a biomarker of great diagnostic value for early diabetic nephropathy (DN). UbA52 is translated by UbA52, a ubiquitin-encoding gene that may be involved in the pathogenesis of early DN through its involvement in oxidative stress and the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway (UPP). The level of UbA52 was positively correlated with the level of blood glucose in the body and was only expressed in the renal tubules. However, the level of UbA52 in urine was directly related to the level of DN. It has now been considered as a marker for the early diagnosis of DN and the field based on urinary proteomics is rapidly evolving.
