Our company has gone from the earthwork to the level of mechanized equipment. The project has spread throughout the Pearl River Delta, and the business is booming. In a sense, this is inseparable from the “ideas” to which we attach great importance to employees. I am the chief decision maker of the company and have certain powers. However, some of my self-righteous ideas are subjective after all, and subjective judgments will inevitably be biased or even mistaken. In the past few years, I often go to work sites and listen to the views of managers, foremen, and even casual workers. Some of their “points” sparked the spark of wisdom and made suggestions for the company to formulate reform measures, which played a pivotal role in the company’s take-off. Thanks to the emphasis on the rationalization of “strategies” for employees, our company has not had a work accident for four consecutive years, nor has it ever occurred.
