目的 研究环氧化酶 - 2 (cox- 2 )与 bcl- 2、bax在胃癌中的表达及其与胃癌细胞凋亡的关系。 方法 采用SP免疫组织化学法检测胃癌及癌旁组织各 6 0例标本中 cox- 2、bcl- 2、bax的表达 ,用脱氧核糖核酸末端转移酶介导的d UTP缺口末端标记法 (TUNEL )检测胃癌及癌旁组织的凋亡率。 结果 胃癌组织的 cox- 2、bcl- 2的表达明显高于癌旁组织 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,bax的表达明显低于癌旁组织 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;cox- 2阳性组胃癌组织的凋亡率显著低于阴性组 ;cox-2的表达与 bcl- 2呈正相关 ,与 bax呈负相关。 结论 cox- 2、bcl- 2、bax的异常表达与胃癌细胞凋亡抑制有关 ;cox- 2能够上调 bcl- 2的表达并下调 bax的表达使胃癌细胞凋亡抑制
Objective To study the expression of cox-2, bcl-2 and bax in gastric cancer and their relationship with gastric cancer cell apoptosis. Methods SP immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of cox-2, bcl-2 and bax in 60 specimens of gastric cancer and paracancerous tissues. The expression of c-Jun and TUNEL was detected by dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL) Detect the rate of apoptosis of gastric cancer and adjacent tissues. Results The expression of cox-2 and bcl-2 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent non-cancerous tissues (P <0.05), the expression of bax was significantly lower than that in paracancerous tissues (P <0.05) The apoptosis rate of gastric cancer tissue was significantly lower than that of negative group. The expression of cox-2 was positively correlated with bcl-2 and negatively correlated with bax. Conclusions Abnormal expression of cox-2, bcl-2 and bax is related to the inhibition of gastric cancer cell apoptosis. Cox-2 can up-regulate the expression of bcl-2 and down-regulate the expression of bax in gastric cancer cells
