基层国土资源档案管理工作的开展,对国土资源档案管理工作者的素质提出了更高的要求。新时期的基层国土资源档案管理工作者,除了要求具有档案管理本专业的知识外,还要求具有计算机、外语、管理学等基础知识,尤其是要求具有基层国土资源管理基础业务知识。本文结合近年来基层国土资源所规范化建设档案管理的实际,来谈谈本人对基层土地档案管理工作的认识。
Grass-roots land and resources records management work carried out, the quality of land and resources file management workers put forward higher requirements. In the new era, the grass-roots land and resources archives management workers, in addition to requiring the professional knowledge of archives management, also require basic knowledge of computers, foreign languages and management science, and in particular require basic grass-roots land and resources management business knowledge. This article combined with the actuality of archives management of grass-roots land and resources in recent years standardized construction, to talk about my understanding of grass-roots land archives management.
