[目的]分析用转移牙龈粘膜瓣的方法治疗唇颊侧牙龈瘤的治疗效果。[方法]用转移牙龈粘膜瓣的方法覆盖牙龈瘤切除后的创面,与常规用碘仿纱条,牙周塞治剂覆盖创面比较。[结果]采用转瓣法的切除手术,术后患者出血少,感染率低,炎症反应轻,能获得较为理想的美容效果。[结论]采用转瓣法治疗唇(颊)侧的牙龈瘤,具有创伤小、术后反应小的特点,特别时在龈缘的外形恢复方面能获得更为满意的效果。
[Objective] To analyze the treatment effect of lip gingival buccal gingival tumor with gingival mucosal flap transfer. [Method] The gingival mucosa flap was used to cover the wound after gingival excision, which was compared with the conventional iodoform gauze and periodontal dressing. [Result] The resection operation using rotary flap method had less postoperative bleeding, lower infection rate and less inflammatory reaction, which could achieve better cosmetic results. [Conclusion] The treatment of flap on the lip (buccal) side with the flap method has the advantages of less trauma and less postoperative reaction, and can obtain more satisfactory results especially in the recovery of the shape of the gingival margin.
