自改革开放至今,我国的经济实现了飞速的进步,从整体上看现今我国的经济正在朝着稳定的方向发展,我国经济之所以能取得这一优异成果与国内众多的中小型企业的努力是分不开的。在企业管理中,人力资源管理扮演着非常重要的作用,尤其是在企业政工工作方面,更是有着十分重要的影响。对此,本文阐述了企业政工工作与人力资源管理两者之间的关系,并分析了如何将企业政工工作与人力资源管理进行有机的结合,最后提出了人力资源管理中政工工作必须要坚持人文理论。

Finally, it is proposed that the political work in human resource management must adhere to the humanities theory.
