目的制作一种能用于评价溶栓效果的急性脑栓塞动物模型。方法用正常人血浆在体外制成0.5~0.8mm大小的血栓颗粒,自猪颈内动脉注入颅内,以数字减影脑血管造影(DSA)观察栓塞部位,24h后作病理检查。结果猪的颈内动脉入颅前先形成网状结构,再合成一主干分出颅内各分支,血栓均受阻于网前或网中,栓塞成功率100%,6h后脑血管造影栓子未溶解,病理示5例出现脑梗死。结论该模型栓塞部位固定,成功率高,能用DSA作为可靠的观察指标,可用于评价溶栓疗效
Objective To make an animal model of acute cerebral embolism that can be used to evaluate the thrombolytic effect. Methods Thrombus granules of 0.5 ~ 0.8mm in size were made in vitro by normal human plasma. Intracranial intracranial injection was performed from the porcine internal carotid artery. The embolization sites were observed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA) and pathological examination was performed 24h later. Results The internal carotid artery of pigs formed a reticular structure before the cranial nerves. A branch of the trunk was separated into intracranial branches. The thrombi were blocked in the anterior mesh or in the mesh. The success rate of embolization was 100%. The angiographic emboli did not dissolve after 6 hours , Pathology showed cerebral infarction in 5 cases. Conclusions This model has the advantages of a fixed embolization site and a high success rate. DSA can be used as a reliable indicator to evaluate the efficacy of thrombolytic therapy
