电缆连接关系数据库系统能够方便总装过程中对电缆信息的查询和排故,提高机载电缆完整性测试的工作效率和准确率。本论文在此基础上,基于C#和Silverlight4导入ARJ俯视平面图,并通过Balder引擎将由3DMax创建的连接器的ASE文件导入工程中,最终实现基于数据库查询的可以实时显示故障电缆连接关系的仿真系统。该方法丰富了电缆连接关系数据库的应用,并更加的直观高效。
The cable connection relational database system can facilitate the query and troubleshooting of the cable information in the assembly process and improve the work efficiency and accuracy of the airborne cable integrity testing. Based on this, the paper introduces ARJ overhead floorplan based on C # and Silverlight4, and imports the ASE file of the connector created by 3DMax into the project through Balder engine. Finally, a simulation system based on database query that can display the faulty cable connection in real time is realized. The method enriches the application of the cable connection relational database and is more intuitive and efficient.
