目前,拉丁舞已经成为众多体育舞蹈爱好者喜爱和追求的舞蹈项目,在全国各地均涌现出无数的优秀拉丁舞选手,其拉丁舞动作和编排中都显现出独有的艺术魅力。为了不断提升拉丁舞技术的发展,增强选手竞技水平,必须在日常训练中不断加强选手身体素质训练,以更好的提高其舞蹈技术动作质量,进而促进选手竞技水平的提升,在各种比赛中取得优秀成绩。本文首先介绍了拉丁舞身体素质的重要性,随后探讨了选手身体素质与拉丁舞技术之间的重要关系,最后对拉丁舞身体专项训练对技术的影响进行了简单分析。
