小学数学分层教学的开展可以切实根据学生自身个性设定科学的教学方针,增强教学方式的灵活性,使学生可以在学习中真正受益,已经成为当前教育界发展的主要方向。在小学数学教学中采用分层教学法,有助于避免传统数学教学中“一刀切”中的弊端,使数学教学更贴合学生实际,保证每个学生在教学过程中都能得到提高,更有利于学生的数学学习。此外,分层教学有利于师生的交流,让学生切身感受尊重与理解,在提高学生成绩的同时帮助小学生茁壮成长。鉴于此,本文主要分析分层教学法在小学数学教学中的运用。
The development of mathematics teaching in primary schools can effectively set the scientific teaching methods according to the students’ own personality, enhance the flexibility of teaching methods and enable students to truly benefit from the learning. It has become the main direction for the development of education. Adopting stratified teaching method in elementary mathematics teaching helps to avoid the shortcomings in traditional teaching of mathematics such that mathematics teaching can be more in line with the actual situation of students so as to ensure that each student can be improved in the teaching process, More conducive to students’ math learning. In addition, the hierarchical teaching is conducive to the exchange of teachers and students, so that students feel personally respect and understanding, improve student achievement at the same time to help primary students grow. In view of this, this article mainly analyzes the application of the hierarchical teaching method in elementary mathematics teaching.
