目的了解河南省某市区男男性接触者(MSM)安全套使用及相关情况,为行为干预和采取预防措施提供线索。方法采用横断面调查设计,对进出某市区酒吧、浴池、公厕、公园、广场的男男性接触者进行调查,填写调查表。结果该人群主要为青壮年,16~40岁占96%,未婚占46.9%,有固定性伴的占38.6%。安全套的使用情况与职业、经济、婚姻、出生地等因素无显著性差异。文化水平与安全套的使用情况有显著性差异,大专及以上文化程度者安全套使用较受教育低者明显为高。结论男男性接触者在我国艾滋病流行和预防控制工作中具有特殊的意义,大力推广使用安全套是减少HIV经性途径传播的有效措施。由于男男性接触者中文化水平低者安全套使用率较低,因此,应针对MSM的人口学特征加强安全套的推广使用。 Objective To understand the use of condoms and relevant information of men who have sex with men (MSM) in an urban area of ​​Henan Province, and provide clues for behavioral intervention and preventive measures. Methods A cross-sectional survey was designed to investigate men who have sex with men who entered and exited bars, baths, public toilets, parks, and squares in an urban area and fill out the questionnaire. Results The population was mainly young adults, accounting for 96% of the patients aged 16 to 40 years, unmarried accounting for 46.9%, and 38.6% of those with fixed sexual partners. There was no significant difference in the use of condoms and factors such as occupation, economy, marriage, and place of birth. There was a significant difference between the level of education and the use of condoms. The use of condoms by college graduates and above was significantly higher than those with lower education. Conclusion Men who have sex with men (MSM) has special significance in the epidemic and prevention and control of HIV in China. Promoting the use of condoms is an effective measure to reduce the transmission of sexually transmitted HIV. Since the condom use rate is low among men who have sex with men, the use of condoms should be strengthened with respect to the demographic characteristics of MSM.
