This article introduces the design and application of a new type of intelligent pulverized coal boiler burner on-line monitoring device. It measures different air temperature and air pressure through the instrument components installed in the 12 ducts of the boiler, calculates the air powder concentration and the dynamic pressure of each air duct by calculation, and transmits the result to the distributed control system through the conversion Displayed on the operating station, providing a scientific basis for the automatic control or manual control of the boiler combustion, and finally making the boiler burn smoothly and economically.
