本文对润滑油、润滑脂生产工人皮肤损害进行调查,患病率为85.3％,主要表现为痤疮毛囊炎(31.5％),疣状赘生物(37.4％),湿疹皮炎(10.5％),色素沉着(11.9％),皮肤真菌病(27.3％)等。损害部位以接触和暴露部位为主,认为其皮肤损害的发生与生产环境有一定的关系,其足癣增多与穿胶鞋有关。提示应加强工人的劳动防护,注重保护皮肤,减少皮肤损害的发生,并对足癣进行积极的防治工作。
In this paper, the skin damage of lubricants and grease production workers were investigated. The prevalence rate was 85.3%, which was mainly manifested as acne folliculitis (31.5%), verrucous neoplasm (37.4%), eczema dermatitis (10.5%), pigmentation (11.9%), fungal skin diseases (27.3%) and so on. Damage to the site of exposure and exposure to the main view that the occurrence of skin damage and the production environment has a certain relationship between the increase in tinea pedis and wearing rubber shoes. Tip should be to strengthen the labor protection workers, focusing on protecting the skin, reduce the incidence of skin damage, and tinea pedis active prevention and control.
