旅游公共服务水平的高低是影响各地方发展旅游业的关键因素。构建旅游公共服务水平评价体系,对于地方旅游公共服务水平的衡量具有实际意义。文章通过构建旅游公共服务水平评价体系,针对评价因素的模糊性,采用了模糊综合评价方法,建立了旅游公共服务水平模糊综合评价模型,并进行了相应的实证分析。
The level of tourism public service is the key factor that affects the development of tourism in all localities. Constructing the evaluation system of tourism public service level has practical significance for the measurement of the level of local public service of tourism. By constructing the evaluation system of public service level of tourism, aiming at the fuzziness of evaluation factors, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of tourism public service level is established, and the corresponding empirical analysis is carried out.
