随着储罐大型化发展的趋势,大型储罐的抗震研究工作变得越来越重要。为了给大型储罐的地震力响应分析提供可靠的数据,应用ANSYS大型有限元软件,对10×104 m3浮顶储油罐简化建模,从而进行模态分析。得出了其自振特性,并提取了其前30阶固有模态。从图象分析出大型储罐罐的主要振型为环向多波振型,且罐体上沿在振动时最易发生破坏,应在罐体顶部位置设置加强圈。
With the trend of large-scale storage tanks, seismic research of large tanks becomes more and more important. In order to provide reliable data for the seismic response analysis of large tanks, a large-scale finite element software ANSYS was used to simplify the modeling of the 10 × 104 m3 floating roof oil storage tank for modal analysis. The natural vibration characteristics were obtained, and the first 30 orders of its natural modes were extracted. From the image analysis, the main vibration mode of a large storage tank is a ring-shaped multi-wave mode, and the upper edge of the tank is most likely to be damaged during vibration. A stiffener ring should be provided at the top of the tank.
