合作是两个以上个体为达到共同的目的而共同进行某一活动的行为。它是儿童社会行为中的一个重要组成部分,也是儿童立足社会不可缺少的重要素质。现在的孩子绝大多数都是独生子女,在群体活动中以自我为中心,比较缺乏合作意识和合作技能,也很少体验到合作行为带来的愉悦和成功感,这严重阻碍了幼儿与他人合作这一新社会行为的发展。因此,我们教师在混龄班教育中对此问题加以重视和研究,并利用多渠道、多途径有效开展混龄班幼儿早期合作教育,让大中小不同年龄的幼儿有机会一起合作游戏、互动交往。通过团体的互助,去感觉他人对自己以及自己对他人的关怀,进而发展对环境乃至对全人类的关爱。
