IBM公司曾经登过这样一则广告:Stop selling what you have,start selling what they need.(不再兜售你所拥有,开始销售顾客所需.)这则广告引起了我对高中数学课堂教学的反思,数学教师在课堂上不能只传授自己拥有的知识,更应该传授学生所需要的知识.我们可以冷静地对课堂教学进行一番通透的反思与思考,我们的课堂教学应关注哪些因素?怎样的课堂教学能称之为有效教学?怎样的数学课堂能体现“和谐”?下面笔者结合自己的教学实践
