我们从1989年10月～1991年9月对上消化道出血患者做急诊胃镜检查,同时镜下喷洒新鲜配制的10%生大黄粉混悬液止血,取得良好疗效,报告如下。临床资料 76例镜下见活动性出血(食管胃底静脉曲张破裂除外)的住院患者随机分为两组。大黄混悬液组51例,男37例,女14例。年龄18～82岁,平均41.6岁。出血病因:十二指肠球部溃疡24例,胃溃疡7例,复合溃疡2例,吻合口溃疡3例,出血糜烂性胃炎6例,出血性十二指肠炎4例,残胃炎吻合口炎1例,胃癌2例,食管下段贲门粘膜撕裂2例。出血情况:静
