一前言制动衬片的磨损寿命是用户要求提高的制动器性能之一。由于受热经历不同,制动力分配也就不同,因此,特别是鼓式制动器,其磨损寿命的评价就很困难了。本文在评价磨损寿命时,没有采用以往的根据设计时的制动力分配来评价磨损寿命的方法,而是在评价时考虑了因热经历不同导致制动力分配发生变化这一因素,从而大大提高了磨损寿命的评价精度。即,在计算磨损计算中最重要的因素——制动器吸收能量时,首先根据前后轮的制动力分配变化和实际使用频率计算出不同温度时的吸收能量,并通过该计算结果和在不同温度下的台架磨损试验结果来评价磨损寿命。
