To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Salvia B on the inoculation of human aortic endothelial cells in cryogenic cell survival system under space environment and provide basis for prevention of space environment damage to astronaut’s cardiovascular function. Human aortic endothelial cells were added to salvianolic acid B magnesium in low temperature cell survival system, equipped with the 22st return satellite. After 18d space flight, the recovered cells were collected for light microscopy, Giemsa staining and cell counting on the 17th, 24th and 30th days. The results showed that: the dosing group of cells in morphology and proliferation number are superior to the control group, indicating that salvianolic acid B magnesium can improve the living environment of human aortic endothelial cells in space environment, reduce the cosmic rays, microgravity, micro-magnetic field The degree of damage to the cells.
