磷矿石样品分析中采用薄膜法、滤纸片法等[1-3],其优点是,制样手续简便,试样用量少,数据处理时所用计算公式简单,吸收-增强效应可不考虑。在薄膜法制样中,选取最佳试样厚度和控制液斑面积,可进一步节省试样,获得更满意的分析结果。本文研究用滤纸片制样——XRF法测定磷矿石中P2O5时,滤纸片吸附磷矿石的总量(即厚度)和磷矿石液的扩散面积对分析结果的影响。
The advantages of thin film method and filter paper method [1-3] in the analysis of phosphate rock samples are that the sample preparation procedure is simple, the amount of sample used is small, the calculation formula used in data processing is simple, and the absorption-enhancement effect is not considered. In the thin-film sample preparation, selecting the best sample thickness and controlling the liquid spot area can further save the sample and obtain more satisfactory analysis results. In this paper, the effect of the total amount of phosphate rock adsorbed on the filter paper (ie, the thickness) and the diffusion area of phosphate rock liquid on the analysis results by XRF method for the determination of P2O5 in phosphate rock was studied in this paper.
